FOOD SERVICE WORKER II
Position Summary: Set-up, service, break down, clean and reset of assigned event. Prep work and set-up necessary to service the event. Have knowledge of and adhere to all food safety regulations. Monitor food and beverages to minimize waste; work efficiently and effectively to control labor cost. Communicate team readiness and the guests needs to supervisor/Captain.
Responsibilities: Set-up, service, break down and reset F & B areas
Qualifications: Completion of the eighth school grade; experience in institutional or commercial food preparation and service; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
