In the role of Director, Admissions, you will be responsible for the overall successful operations of the Admissions Office.

In this role you will:

    Develop, direct and coordinate the development, direction and execution of student enrollment activities. Ensure that objectives, plans, budgets, policies, practices and actions are followed and consistent with the overall goals of the Admissions Office. Participate in the development and execution of both short-term and long-term student recruitment strategies in the field to ensure the objectives are met and approved programs are implemented. Recruit and hire new staff, including interviewing prospects to ensure quality hires. Manage compensation and performance management programs to stay within salary budget. Delegate responsibilities to Advisor team to ensure that policies and decisions are followed. Carry out management responsibilities, including: planning, assigning and directing work of subordinates; appraising their performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.     Bachelor's degree. Minimum of three years of previous admissions experience. Minimum of two years of management experience, or in lieu of previous management experience, internal candidates must have five years of admissions experience, two in the role of executive advisor or higher. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lead and manage a team. Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and must be a self-starter.
