Minimum Education/Experience: Earned doctorate in environmental/occupational health or the equivalent (CEPH - accredited Schools of Public Health graduates preferred) Demonstrated commitment to research, teaching and service in environmental and occupational health.

Job Duties: The Department of Public Health of the Brody School of Medicine, East Carolina University (ECU) invites applicants for an Assistant Professor, twelve-month, tenure-track faculty position in environmental and occupational health. ECU seeks to attract an active, culturally and academically diverse faculty of the highest caliber, skilled in scholarship of teaching, service, discovery, application and integration of knowledge. The successful candidate will contribute to the Department of Health Education and Promotion's bachelor and masters in environmental health (BSEH, MSEH) programs and the MPH and DrPH programs housed in the Department of Public Health, mentor students, conduct investigator-initiated research, and provide university, professional, and community service, consistent with tenure-track faculty members at ECU.
