Under the supervision of the directors, this position will provide programming support for the Center for Artificial Intelligence in Diagnostic Medicine (CAIDM). Primarily, the candidate will assist in the development of machine learning algorithms and deployment of enterprise tools in clinical practice. More broadly, the research pipeline will include: developing and maintaining PACS networking channels including query, transfer and storage of DICOM objects; performing data anonymization; creating and maintaining an infrastructure for distributed data annotation including local and web-based annotation platforms; developing, testing, validating and deploying high-performance machine learning algorithms, with a particular focus on deep learning technology, for various imaging and non-imaging medical applications.
Additionally, the candidate will be able to provide support and maintenance of the research computing environments for the CAIDM. S/he will have a broad responsibility to ensure optimal uptime, performance and the security for server systems, supporting primarily Linux-based hardware platforms. A successful team member consistently demonstrates a strong sense of task ownership, exercises good judgement in escalating issues, is effective at collaboration with both technical and non-technical staff, and maintains a high level of attention to detail.

Salary: Hourly $32.14 - $44.76
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
