Founded in 1899, Mount Ida College is a small, private college in Newton, Massachusetts, just minutes from Boston which provides career focused programs built upon a strong foundation in the social sciences, humanities and the arts, all developed and implemented to prepare our approximately 1,400 students for success in their chosen fields of endeavor.

The Honors Program seeks a qualified faculty member to teach multiple sections of the introductory Honors course entitled, "HN101: Fundamentals of Personal Development". Course content is focused on exploring awareness and management of a range of personal and social factors that have an impact on personal and professional relationships.Candidates must have earned a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field; doctorate preferred. Experience in this content area is highly preferred.
