Research Associate-Fixed Term
The Dantus Lab in the Department of Chemistry and the Qiu Lab in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the brand-new Institute for Quantitative Health Science and Engineering (IQ) are seeking a post-doctoral Research Associate. The applicant will be conducting research on nonlinear optics and label-free microscopy system. The focus will be the design and construction of a new multiphoton multimodal microscope using a compact femtosecond fiber laser and pulse shaper to be used for clinical applications. IQ is closely collaborating with the Michigan State University School of Human Medicine and College of Veterinary Medicine, the National Lab in Chicago, and the Stanford Cancer Center.
