Duties: The Associate Registrar independently manages the office's daily administrative functions to ensure a high level of support and excellent customer service for PennDesign faculty, staff and students. The Associate Registrar serves as the Registrar in her/his absence and is responsible for managing course maintenance, classroom scheduling and course evaluations. In addition, the Associate Registrar maintains student records (electronic and paper), updates the Current Students website, provides verification documents for current and former students, manages course fees and fines, provides budget oversight, represents Student Services/PennDesign on school and University wide committees, provides support for school wide student programming, trains new employees on course and student policies, procedures and systems and coordinates the annual PennDesign Awards Ceremony.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; 3 to 5 years of experience preferred. Experience in a Design School setting preferred.
