Summary of Job Duties
The Program Associate will have the following duties:
1. Responsible for the coordination of all Progeny Rows and Purity operations in eastern Arkansas, including but not limited to:
1a. database experimental design,
1b. seed processing and packaging,
1c. coordination of planting, note taking, and harvesting operations.
2. This position is also in charge of ensuring breeder seed and pre-foundation seed are packaged, planted, rogued, harvested and processed.
3. This position will have responsibilities of visiting and managing all yield trial locations in eastern Arkansas, coordinating with the Breeding Operations. Lead the logistics and resource needs.
4. This position will be responsible for managing part-time employees for the support of field operations.
5. Execute the Pure Seed budget.

B.S. in a plant breeding field plus three years of experience OR an M.S. in a plant breeding field.

If yes, please specify Ability to obtain a Class-A CDL. Ability to obtain a Pesticide's Applicator License. Ability to obtain a Remote Pilot Certification.
B.S. with 5 years of experience or M.S. with 3 years of experience in plant breeding field research.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with others.
