The College of Pharmacy is seeking a Data Management Specialist for the Office of Education.

The Office of Education serves several functions within the College of Pharmacy all related to execution of professional and graduate curricula and advancement of various learning initiatives.

The Data Management Specialist will oversee all aspects of the RX Preceptor system providing support to the Office of Experiential Education and students completing Introductory and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences. Also, assist with Tasks related to the evaluation of faculty and courses within the professional and graduate degree programs (CoursEval), provide administrative and professional support to the Colleges Curriculum committee.

This position will also manage the data entry into the Curriculog system and monitor course submission and approvals. They will also manage the college Teaching Assistant (TA) Program.

Days, Monday - Friday, some evenings and weekends (40+ hours, exempt position).


MS Windows/Office, database management/development, curriculum software/technology.

Preferred Education/Experience

Familiarity with college faculty and professional curriculum. Managing multiple projects at one time. Familiarity with pharmacy preferred but not required.
