Brief Job Description:
The targeted salary may be set as high as $4,500 per month based on experience. The salary range for this classification is $3,288 to $5,809 per month.
Time Base/Hours/Units per Week
Full-time/40 hours per week
Seeking a specialist/analyst who has experience in an Oracle and Linux environment with development and production instances. This position will conduct monthly carrier billing and expense imports into database platforms; analyze rates and service packages for mobile telephones and devices; coordinate service activation, billing, repair, configuration, service transfers, deactivation, and record retention. In addition, this position provides back up to others in the department for work order processing and campus operator console as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Access, and Excel (i.e. formulas, macros, queries). Extensive knowledge and experience with mobile devices, activation, and management. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with land-based telecommunication carriers. Working knowledge and experience with report writing/coding related to database structures and schemas. Expertise with database concepts and maintenance including imports; use of Oracle SQL or similar programming. Demonstrated skill with spreadsheets for further processing of data collected. Demonstrated self-organizational skills in order to ensure timely follow up and completion of tasks or projects. Database update and import knowledge and experience is preferred especially as it relates to Oracle SQL. Ability to analyze information in various databases for tracking expenses, and updating user information. Excellent customer services skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non technical individuals.

Education and Experience
Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of data analysis experience required.
