Enrollment Registrar Coordinator

The Office of the Registrar is the official source for all student academic records at Baruch College. It handles all registration services for students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs. Functions handled by the Office of the Registrar include the collection and entry of grades and grade changes, publication of semester course offerings and final examination schedules, classroom scheduling and fulfilling many types of reporting requests for student information.

Reporting to the Senior Registrar, the Registrar Coordinator will oversee a combination of technical and operational activities within assigned areas of the Office of the Registrar. The duties and responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:
• Maintaining the Office of the Registrar’s operating and temporary staffing budgets.
• Working in collaboration with the Senior Registrar to implement new office and customer service polices.
• Processing incoming EPermits.
• Acting as liaison with faculty for the verification of enrollment process.
• Processing student term withdrawals.
• Running various related CUNYfirst queries.
• Performing office timekeeping activities.
• Serving on the Refund and Return to Title IV committees.

Compensation and Benefits:                                                   
$42,407 - $48,210; salary commensurate with education and experience.

Non – Exempt.

Bachelor's Degree required. Two years of related experience preferred.
