Posting Summary:
The University of Virginia Department of Student Health, Student Disability Access Center is seeking a full-time Accessibility Specialist. This position exists to provide equal access for students with disabilities at the University of Virginia, in order to meet the federal requirements as mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as Amended, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. This position will work primarily with a caseload of undergraduate and graduate students, and act as a liaison with other University faculty and staff to ensure accommodation needs are met.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
