Are you a savvy coder who can leverage multiple cloud-based applications to solve business problems? Can you use APIs to transfer data across systems and create convenient, personalized, mobile-ready online experiences for busy people?
The Advancement Operations team at the University of Virginia is seeking a talented developer to help our fundraising professionals generate millions of philanthropic dollars for Thomas Jefferson's landmark institution as we launch into our Campaign for the Third Century. You'll help implement and manage a modern technology ecosystem that includes user data, market research, social integrations, email, event registrations, online giving and more. You'll help ensure data is exchanged and updated across all platforms in a timely, accurate and secure manner. You'll help generate reports and analytics to measure our progress against established goals. You'll play an important roll in moving the hearts and minds of our audiences, adding value and services, and keeping them engaged in the life and support of the University.
You will need excellent communication, planning and organizational skills, the desire to be a member of a collaborative team, the ability to hit deadlines and work with shifting priorities. You'll also need the people skills to support a variety of stakeholders in individual schools and centers of excellence across UVA Grounds. Helpful attributes would include familiarity with Agile, Lean and project management software.
