Senior Research Analyst

Description/Job Summary

A Senior Research Analyst is responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing research studies
  • Analyzing and interpreting data
  • Collaborating with other College departments to complete State and Federal reporting requirements
  • Preparing and presenting data to key internal staff and groups
  • Representing the Office of Institutional Research at various internal and external meetings
  • Supervising the work of the Research Analyst
  • In the absence of the Director of Institutional Research, the Senior Research Analyst may fulfill the duties of the Director where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in social sciences, business administration, mathematics, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' institutional research, institutional assessment, or related work experience
  • Experience in an institution of higher education
  • Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years' experience preferred
  • Experience using SPSS
