Extract, gather, rectify, organize, maintain, analyze, interpret, project, report, and distribute faculty, student, and curricular information in support of the academic and fiscal management, planning, policy, and reporting activities of the University as a whole and of its multiple components, especially the academic colleges, schools, departments and programs. Collect and submit federally mandated faculty, staff, student, and course related data for the U.S Department of Education Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System(IPEDS). Perform one-time projects in addition to the related data gathering, analysis, and reporting functions. Report to the Director of Institutional Research.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two to three years' related experience required. Experience with relational databases required. Proficient SQL query writing, statistical/spreadsheet software skills and proficiency with use of business intelligence or data visualization tools required. Effective communication skills required.
Desirable Qualifications
Background knowledge or formal training in higher education is desirable.

Candidates must complete a 6-month probationary period.
