Instructor - Quantitative Methods
The College of Business and Administration at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) is currently seeking applicants to fill a non-tenure-track, full-time Instructor position in Quantitative Methods starting in August 2018.
This position will teach business statistics and mathematical modeling. Other classes may be assigned as needed. This position is 80% teaching load (equivalent to 8 classes per year), 10% service, and 10% professional development. This position will also require on-going practice-related activities to maintain a minimum of AACSB "Instructional Practitioner" status.

- MBA (or graduate business degree) with at least 2 years of industry experience applying quantitative methods (e.g. quality control, market research) or
- MS in Statistics, Data Analytics, Applied Math, Operations Research or other similar areas with at least 2 years of industry experience applying quantitative methods or
- PhD in a related discipline with industry experience or recent publications.
- Prior and relevant teaching experience.
- Ability or interest in teaching online classes.
- A graduate degree from an AACSB accredited institution.
- Relevant and significant industry experience that includes current engagement in professional activities in the area of quantitative methods.
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Candidates must have a demonstrated ability and interest to teach effectively in undergraduate courses.
