Degree and Area of Specialization:
MD or DO.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Completed accredited geriatric and internal medicine training.
License or certificate:
Eligible for WIsconsin Medical license.
Will provide clinical teaching to medical students, residents and fellows; clinical responsibilities at UW Health approved locations.
The faculty member will serve as medical director for several local nursing homes. This person could also provide primary care to patients in the following locations: Assisted living facilities, nursing homes and outpatient geriatric clinics at UStation and East clinic.
