Minimum $50,000 ANNUAL (12 months)

Degree and Area of Specialization:
MD or DO Anesthesiologist. Board certified or eligible for board certification in Anesthesiology. Board certified or eligible for certification inpain management.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Must be certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology or eligible for certification. Completion of an accredited fellowship in chronic pain management. Board certified or eligible for certification in pain management.
License or certificate:
Wisconsin medical license
