Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
1 year of commensurate measureable professional experience required, 3 or more years of experience in higher education, corporate, or sales experience, with a preference in admissions, marketing or project management preferred or strongly preferred. Well qualified candidates will possess at least two years of specific experience within a professional/graduate school or college
Well qualified candidates will possess:
Two years of specific post degree admissions experience within a professional/graduate school or college.

License or certificate:
This position reports to the Director of MBA Admissions & Recruitment. The Assistant Director is responsible for working with the Director to support the creation, management, organization and implementation of all operations related to admissions, marketing and recruiting for the full-time MBA program.
The individual in the position must be able to manage multiple priorities. Must be creative in developing, with finite resources, new programs and ideas, and constantly thinking of ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all operations. The individual must demonstrate excellent oral and written communications and be committed to a high level of customer service. Excellent organizational and time management skills are critical in this fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
The position requires availability to work nights, weekends and travel.
