Minimum $48,333 ANNUAL (12 months)

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Education or closely related field. Master's degree in Education or closely related field is strongly preferred.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Three years of experience in teaching, education, or training program administration required. Three years of relevant GME experience. Experience in a medical educational setting strongly preferred. Management and supervisory experience required.

A minimum of seven years' experience required for appointment at the Program Manager III level.

License or certificate:

TAGME Certification preferred; relevant work experience in lieu of this certification will be acceptable, with the expectation that this certification is obtained during the first three years of employment.

Position Summary:

The Instructional Program Manager (IPM) performs oversight, management, and professional support for the educational programs and activities of the Radiology Residency Programs, the Medical Student curriculum, and the Fellowship Programs. The IPM will report directly to the Radiology Department Administrator/Director of Business Services, but will work closely with the Vice Chair of Education, the Residency Program Directors, and the Medical Education Director.
