Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in a relevant setting required, preferably in career services, event management, customer service or corporate recruiting setting.
Well qualified candidates will possess:
-Experience in providing exemplary customer service to clients and prospective clients
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
-Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills to communicate with stakeholders including team members, corporate representatives, advisors, campus partners and students
-Experience in working on cross-functional teams
-A solutions-oriented approach to addressing questions and concerns
-Strong desire to build relationships with colleagues, students and employers-
High level of professionalism
-Strong technical skills, familiarity with spreadsheet; database software, recruiting software
-Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends as necessary)

Wisconsin BBA Career Services seeks a dedicated professional with a passion for developing and sustaining employer relationships which lead to successful career outcomes for more than 2,800 Wisconsin School of Business undergraduate students. As a member of the Employer Relations Team within Wisconsin BBA Career Services, the person in this role will co-lead on-campus recruitment and employer relationship management, plan and implement career events including two major career fairs, and provide lead support for recruiting software and technology. The successful candidate have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders, including employers, students, alumni, faculty and staff across the Wisconsin School of Business. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Employer Relations within Wisconsin BBA Career Services.
This position may require some work on evenings and weekend.
