TRAINING & DEV CONSLNT SR
Duties: Join Penn's Division of Human Resources in enhancing the success of staff and leaders through delivery of professional development programming and organizational development activities.
This role drives professional development through thorough needs assessment, creative design, development of high-quality learning activities, energetic facilitation, and objective evaluation of existing and to-be-built professional development programs. These incorporate a variety of learning media and instructional approaches to suit the needs and expectations of adult learners across all staff levels.
This role also supports organization development in departments/functions by assessing needs of departments/functions, recommending actions for enhancement, facilitating these actions, and measuring/reporting improved outcomes.
This role requires a seasoned training and organizational development professional with a proven track record of establishing credibility and rapport with staff and leaders at all levels, applying a systematic approach to understanding and responding to the developmental needs of individuals and departments/functions, and demonstrating effective project management skills.
Qualifications: A Master's Degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Systems Design, Performance Management, or Organizational Development and 5 years to 7 years of training and organizational development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
