Job description

Duties: Reporting directly to the Director of Student Life, this position along with three other associate directors are charged to create, manage and implement a holistic co-curricular student experience for the 1600 + Wharton MBA students. Each associate director is assigned a cluster of about 400+ first and second year students, while working in tandem, the entire team to will promote, role model, and connect MBA engagement via four distinct areas, transition, first and second year experiences, and alumni engagement. Moreover, the associate directors will work collaboratively across the University of Pennsylvania to support MBA students in achieving their goals, as well a thorough understanding of all that the university has to offer.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
* Highly motivated and dedicated individual with strong project management, customer service, presentation delivery, and interpersonal skills.
* Previous managerial experience required, along with an ability to work as a strong team player.
* Able to interact across multiple levels, and willingness to go above and beyond in order to achieve the required goals.
* Knowledge of business and business careers, experience in recruiting, job placement, career counseling or coaching and/or significant industry experience.
* Some ability to travel.
