To perform administrative and fiscal management duties in planning, directing and coordinating activities in the day-to-day operation of the Office of Minority Affairs, USC School of Medicine. To demonstrate commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulationsMinimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma and 4 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency.Preferred Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of principles, policies and practices of office management. Requires ability to deal courteously and effectively with the public. Requires familiarity with computers. Requires ability to plan and coordinate activities and functions. Required to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations.
