Advertised Job Summary

Serves as Coordinator of online employment and career related resources and systems to include SalesForce. manages employer CRM to support corporate recruiting functions. Monitors possible technology solutions to improve services. Serves as administrator of recruiting database and creates annual placement reports and various monthly and weekly dashboards.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

Master's degree or a bachelor's degree and 2 years related program experience.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Strong computer and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, successful interpersonal skills with the ability to be accommodating, ability to work on a team and to successfully collaborate with other School and University staff and ability to work without direct supervision and manage assigned projects to a successful and timely conclusion.
