Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

Coordinates the USC Columbia Campus Metasys energy management control system by establishing, maintaining, and monitoring a planned and corrective maintenance program for constant, reliable, and cost effective operations of facilities while operating continuously 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

High school diploma and 5 experience in energy and building management control repair services relating to building and energy management controls systems, building mechanical systems, and/or advance refrigeration systems with knowledge and experience In a diversified building maintenance environment, and managing resources and inventories.

Drivers License required.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Must have the ability to lead by example, solve problems, take initiative to provide services, develop strong customer relationships, measure cost and performance, keep accurate records, communicate effectively, develop proper procedures, define actions to resolve specific problem situations, communicate to management, build airflow measurement and air quality standards; and prepare reports.
