Advertised Job Summary
To support the ongoing biomedical research to investigate the role of Transforming Growth Factor-Beta proteins in cardiovascular development and disease using genetically engineered mouse models. To demonstrate commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations.Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Master's degree in a related field, or bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years related research experience.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cardiac surgeries to induce cardiac hypertrophy/fibrosis and aortic aneurysm in mice is desired.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
The applicant is required to have significant demonstrated experience in molecular, cellular, biochemical, mouse colony breeding and maintenance, and mouse echocardiographic imaging.
