The program in Educational Foundations and Inquiry at the University of South Carolina invites applications for a full-time temporary Instructor (Clinical Instructor) whose primary role will be teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Social Foundations. The position will start January 2018.
Please Note: This position is a temporary one-semester appointment with potential rehire for additional semesters.

Minimum required qualifications: Doctorate in Educational Foundations/Foundations of Education with an emphasis in historical or philosophical approaches to education; experience teaching undergraduate courses in educational foundations; and evident commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity.
Preferred qualifications: Experience teaching graduate courses in educational foundations; Service on doctoral committees; Active involvement in professional organizations.
