Serve as Program Assistant for the Office of Research/IT Data Management. Provide administrative assistance for the management of USC Electronic Research Administration modules and security user groups. Assist Director with various program reporting and inventories.Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Bachelor's degree and 1 year related program experience, or high school diploma and 5 years related experiencePreferred Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple programs and reviewing, analyzing, and evaluation programs and activities for efficiency, effectiveness, and management controls. Candidate must have excellent communication skills in both written and oral forms
Must be highly detail oriented and possess the ability to work efficiently and effectively with deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple projects on a daily basis. Experience with query building and creating reports using Crystal Reports and knowledge of sql/oracle databases
