Advertised Job Summary
This position works as part of a team that conducts quality assurance reviews of Department of Social Services. This includes serving as a team member. This position is established in support of expanded research activities or projects.Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Master's degree and 3 years related program experience, or bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience.
Must be available for some in-state travel.Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred. Specialized knowledge in content areas of child welfare, community development, victim services, elder/adult services, school social work, vocational rehabilitation, adolescent issues, juvenile justice, public health, or disabilities and special needs also preferred.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to review and analyze case files to determine if policies and procedures were followed. Excellent grammar and writing skills required. Working knowledge of relevant computer software. Ability to stimulate and facilitate individuals and groups in the learning process, to plan and manage projects and self-directed work groups, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external staff.
