Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

The position acts as Finance Development Manager in Finance IT and has a purpose of improving business processes through use of custom system development. Through vision, skill and leadership, the development manager uses available resources to ensure project completion, improving service and/or lowering costs. After project completion, the manager ensures that systems are available, operating and maintained.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Systems or related field and 1 year related experience; or equivalency.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL


Fluent in PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS and Javascript
