IS Technical Support Specialist IV

Job description

Reporting directly to the Information Technology Manager I, this position will
serve as technical Lead for the Facilities Information Services team supporting
the needs of the area. With the operational changes brought on by implementing GIS, SAP, and other IT systems for all Facilities Management Divisions. Utilizing and
learning a variety of tools and technologies to meet the growing needs of the
Divisions, the Lead will continue to support the goal of implementing lean
methodologies, standardizing work flows, and implementing technologically
advanced, efficient, and cost effective processes. This position provides
hardware, software, application, and system support services, and functions in
a team environment with dynamic collaboration; on-going learning experiences
in multiple technologies; project variety and direct interaction with customers.

Physical Requirements

Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50+lbs; Standing or walking with objects
up to 25lbs; Sitting at computer workstation for extended periods, including data entry;
Repetitive motion; Working in confined spaces.


7:30am - 4:30pm (Monday-Friday) Hours of work may vary dependent upon situational factors, and
require night, weekend, or holiday response.
