OPS/Conference Assistant (FSU Students Only)

Conference Assistant (CAs) will demonstrate an investment in the overall service the front desk provides to each conference guest.
The CAs are in essence the "face" of Conference Services, managing many day–to–day functions that are crucial to the success of camps and conferences.
CAs are responsible for all administrative tasks, customer service, communication, and safety/security that occurs in the hall.
A high school diploma/equivalency and a cumulative FSU grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 undergraduate or 3.0 graduate cumulative at time of application and employment (transfer students may not use the GPA from their former institution).
Ability to plan, organized, and work independently in a detailed oriented environment.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. ****(1) professional reference is required****
Conference Assistants must participate in a training program prior to their employment. Training is mandatory and will occur on May 17 - 20, 2018.
Anticipated Salary Range
This is an OPS/temporary Job.
Criminal Background Check
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.
