Labor Relations Consultant


This position is only available to current UCI employees.

Working in close collaboration and consultation with the Senior Director of Enterprise Workforce Relations (Director) incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day management of the labor and employee relations programs for the Campus and Health Sciences. As the subject matter expert, provides recommendations and/or proposes solutions to the Director, HR colleagues, particularly HR Business Partners, and, with approval of the Director, management staff at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership within the campus and health sciences.

Salary: Annual $91,700.00 - $143,800.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
