The Senior Recruiter will provide oversight support for talent acquisition activities for professional and managerial recruitments and for high profile campus departments. The position will work closely with department hiring managers and HR Business Partners to forecast hiring trends, develop recruitment strategies, determine position competencies, and perform diversity outreach. The incumbent will oversee sourcing efforts, candidate pipelining, and recruitment activities. The incumbent ensures that all employment offers are within UC policy and all hiring activity is compliant with standards set by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and UC Policy. The incumbent ensures a diverse candidate pool aligned with the university's objectives for a diverse workforce.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Limited Appt Position, 40 hrs/week. This position is expected to last for six (6) months with potential for conversion based on department needs.
