Masters of Software Engineering Program Director

Under the direction of the Faculty Director and the ICS Assistant Dean, and in cooperation with the Department Chair, the Program Director for the self-supporting Master in Software Engineering (MSE) graduate professional degree program will assist in setting overall program strategy and will be the primary person responsible for the day-to-day activities that lead to attainment of program goals. The primary role (70%) of the Program Director is to serve as the face of the program toward students (admissions, recruitment, marketing, events) and partners (mentors, projects, alumni, job placement). A secondary role (30%), in close collaboration with others, is administrative, in terms of the overall program (assessment, financial aid, management) and its finances (budgets, forecasting, reporting). The Program Director will work closely with the Faculty Director, Assistant Dean, Department Chair, Department Manager, Director of Student Affairs, Vice Chair for Graduate Affairs, affiliated faculty, and other staff in all aspects of the program, including short- and long-range planning for MSE program administration.

Salary: Range $65,564.00 - $89,432.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
