Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Principal Investigators and Data Manager, the Research Coordinator position supports the research efforts of clinical research studies conducted in Los Angeles and Orange County. Key responsibilities include: recruitment, consenting, and follow up with eligible chronic kidney disease patients in dialysis clinics. The coordinator meets with personnel at dialysis clinics, providing in person instructions about study protocols to clinic staff and patients as well as answering questions. The research coordinator also assists patients in questionnaire completion and assists with data collection, including blood specimens and chart review and any other study forms. Duties include data entry and file maintenance, payments to study participants as well as assistance with IRB documents. The position requires travel in personal car throughout Southern California. This position will also help ensure that appropriate personnel have been recruited and have also completed any necessary trainings. Looking for part-time and full-time coordinators.

Salary: Hourly $21.43 - 26.93
Total Hours: Variable
Career Position.
Must have a valid, CA drivers license.
Final candidate subject to background check.
