Dean of Nursing, Allied Health and Science.

Starting salary: $71,400 - $80,100 (depending upon experience).

Provides management and direction for all activities and programs of nursing, human services, and health-related disciplines in accordance with institutional policies and procedures and the guidelines as established and maintained by the Michigan Board of Nursing and other oversight agencies. Required: Master of Science in Nursing [MSN]; current licensure in the State of Michigan or eligible for licensure; evidence of teaching competence, to include at least three years teaching and administrative experience at the post-secondary level, preferably in a community college; knowledge of adult learning theory, to include pedagogical assessment techniques appropriate to curricular areas associated with the division; knowledge of and commitment to the community college mission.
