Criminal Justice Temporary Faculty Position

Job description

The Department of Criminal Justice at Kutztown University invites applications for a temporary, full-time instructor for the 2018-2019 Academic Year. In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, performance review and evaluation of faculty is based on effective teaching and fulfillment of professional responsibilities; continuing scholarly growth; and service. Required: Masters degree in criminal justice, criminology or a related discipline. Preferred: Ph.D. J.D. degree alone will not be considered. College-level teaching experience preferred. Successful candidates should be able to teach the following classes: Criminal Justice Ethics and Substance Abuse. Candidates must complete a successful interview and demonstrate teaching effectiveness.
