Anatomy & Physiology Faculty Member

Responsibilities: The position of Anatomy & Physiology faculty member is available on a full-time, 10-month basis beginning August, 2018.  This position is responsible for teaching anatomy and physiology I & II focusing on the human body and additional introductory-level service courses in biology and/or general chemistry which may include evening classes. Other responsibilities include course level assessment, curriculum design, and advising students.

Required:  Master’s degree in biological science with a background in physiology or comparative anatomy or related field. Preference given to candidates with prior experience teaching Anatomy & Physiology at the collegiate level, coursework in biochemistry or comparative anatomy, a commitment to the ideals and mission of a community college, and a demonstrated ability to teach lecture and laboratory sections.
