Project Coordinator

Job description

The Project Coordinator will work directly with the Director of Projects within the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. The position will assist with projects related to accreditation, assessment, and planning. The role will focus on ensuring project documentation is maintained and communicated through project durations to facilitate effective communication of project status and progress.

The position will interact directly with project team members including faculty, staff, and administrators in academic, administrative, operational, and service units across the campus. The position will interact directly with all project team members as well as indirectly through status reporting. The information collected for status reporting is compiled and distributed to members of KSUs leadership team.

The minimum starting hourly rate: $18.51

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience OR a High School diploma and 3 years of college coursework and 7 years of related experience OR High School diploma and 10 years.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
  • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
