Advertised Job Summary: Under general supervision, provides Human Resources systems support to a customer base of approximately 23,000 employees, 3500 managers, and 300 Human Resource professionals through reporting and system support. Able to identify needs and listen to requests within the Division as well as system-wide, and prepares the correct sets of reports. Runs regular audits over Human Resources data and reports issues to be corrected. Duties include but not limited to: -Designs, develops, and runs value added Human Resource reports using Data Warehouse, Access, Excel, SAS, PeopleAdmin, SharePoint, or other HR systems and tools used to generate reports. Run, edit, and create reports in support of reporting requests, provide technical support and maintenance of all reports, and ensure information is accurate and up to date. -Edit and build reports using PeopleSoft's report writing tools. (SQL). Serve as a PeopleSoft Reporting subject matter expert who can provide guidance and consultation to HR stakeholders and partners. -Work directly with customers to provide technical support, research, troubleshoot, and resolve report issues in a timely manner. Runs regular audit reports over Human Resources data and reports issues to be corrected. Ensure that processes and procedures adhere to defined audit, security, and internal controls. Understand the SC FOIA. -Assist with continual improvement of the reporting life cycle: elicit requirements, design, build, test, and deploy. Assist with developing and maintain reporting life-cycle and best practices. Drive process and system efficiencies/best practices which promote data integrity and ensure delivery of accurate reporting of data. -Maintain listing and schedule of reports and when due. Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure all are provided by due date. This includes reports across the University System, as well as federal, and state mandated reports.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Systems or related field and 4 years related experience; or equivalency. Must have advanced Excel skills and able to do pivot tables and v-lookup.
