Job Description:

Adjunct Instructors are needed to teach courses within the CIT-Computer Science Department.

Courses include: Intro to Computer Science, C++ Programming, Java Programming, Data Structures, Advanced C++ Programming, Advanced Java, OOPL for Programmers, and others.


  • Openness to teaching using Project Based Learning (PBL)
  • Master's degree in Computer-related field or Master's degree with equivalent experience
  • Openness to teaching in a Learning Community. BHCC Learning Communities provide students with the opportunity to learn in a supportive and engaging environment that enables stronger relationships among students, faculty, and staff. Students participating in Learning Communities benefit from interdisciplinary learning experiences, teacher to student mentoring, peer mentoring, and integrated support services.
