Job Duties: The selected candidate will engage in all research activities with a focus on clinical trials in the general pediatrics and pediatrics subspecialties divisions. This position will be engaged in 5-10 clinical trials at a time. Such activities include, but are not limited to research preparation, enrollment, data collection, reporting, ensuring procedures required by study protocol are performed and documented correctly, and assisting with budget negotiations with industry sponsors. CLINICAL SUPPORT POSITION - NOT SUBJECT TO STATE HUMAN RESOURCES ACT. The ECU Brody School of Medicine is affiliated with Vidant Medical Center. Vidant Medical Center is the flagship hospital for Vidant Health and serves as the teaching hospital for the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.
