HOURS: Average of 15 hours a month; dependent upon conference center activities. Monthly schedule will be made available the month before needed hours.

Answer inquiries and provide information to business and industry custom--ers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted within the Corporate Conference Center. Perform clerical and administrative functions for the Corporate Training Department's management team; backup the responsibilities to coordinate and support room reservations (internal and external) for the center and assist in various areas of the department as needed.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Greet internal and external customers, in person or via phone and email, and serve as the liaison between the customer and appropriate individual. Determine nature and purpose of visit and provide appropriate service.
  • Serve as evening (backup) reservationist for the Corporate Conference Center.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and support external room reservations and spacing requirements; prepare appropriate reservation confirmations and pricing correspondence.
  • Assist team with administrative duties.

Education: Minimum technical diploma
Experience: Minimum three year's clerical experience.

**An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.

Computer Skills
Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems software.
