BLDG ADMINISTRATOR SENIOR
Duties: Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in the managing and coordinating of the Real Estate Department facilities operations with the objective of insuring optimum delivery of services by third party service providers. Assist in daily facilities operations between the Real Estate Department and contracted service providers for the UCA Portfolio and the University such as Environmental Health & Radiation Safety (EHRS), Public Safety, etc. Provide oversight as directed for capital projects, energy management and tenant complaints and other day to day operational issues. Interact professionally with school/center clients, customers, vendors, and senior level administrators as needed in support of real estate department goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities, Construction Management or Engineering and at least 5 to 7 years of experience strongly preferred. Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 5 yrs of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Professional must be detail-oriented with strong initiative and customer service skills, must be experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of software.
