Position Department Organizational Leadership

The Organizational Leadership Department, which offers Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Organizational Leadership, is seeking a full-time Assistant/Associate Professor of Organizational Leadership to teach undergraduate and graduate courses beginning Fall, 2018.

The successful candidate will participate in student advising and service opportunities, and will teach 8-week blended (partially online and on ground) and fully online courses in several areas, including applied leadership, leadership and followership theories, leadership ethics, conflict resolution, interpersonal, group, and organizational communication, decision-making, research design, nonprofit leadership, organizational theory, behavior and change.

Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must have a terminal doctoral degree in an interdisciplinary field of leadership (e.g., organizational leadership, public leadership, leadership studies, organizational communication, nonprofit leadership) or a related field, and a record of published research. ABD applicants will be considered. Previous university teaching (in both online and blended formats) and practical experience in applied leadership are preferred.
