Position Summary:
Continuing Education Center. The Administrative Coordinator develops, coordinates, implements and evaluates revenue generating efforts (internal and external) and the production of quality proposals, presentations and marketing materials.

Essential Functions

  • Works alongside the Executive Director and Marketing Manager to oversee and develop strategic business development campaigns at the Continuing Education Center.
  • Coordinates all details to ensure operational excellence of programs, conferences and events.
  • Works closely with various team members to direct the timely compilation, production and distribution of event specifications.
  • Serves as on-site troubleshooter for client programs and participants.

    Bachelor’s Degree

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    Effective communication (verbal and written), human relations and organizational skills; proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases; ability to work well in a diverse environment; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.

    Preferred Education:
    Master’s Degree

    Preferred Experience::
    Four or more years of experience in Business Development, Marketing/Sales, project management and generating revenue in non-credit academic setting. Experience serving as a role model and change-agent, problem solver, results-oriented, professional presence, and ability to lead in producing measurable results. Experience supporting senior leader, anticipating needs, holding confidentiality and supervise assigned projects or team members as needed.

    Salary Range: $30,358 - $37,931
