Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology - Two Positions
The Department of Psychology at The University of the South invites applications for two 1-year visiting assistant professor positions. Area of concentration is open. The positions begin August 2018.
Teaching load is 6 courses per year. Candidates should show capacity to teach survey courses and advanced seminar in their discipline and contribute to service via introductory psychology and/or through the research methods course and data analysis laboratory. Courses in social, personality, cognitive and health psychology would be of particular interest.
Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Psychology; ABDs will also be considered. Candidates should also show a commitment to excellence in teaching and to scholarly research and publication. More information about the Department can be found at: http://psychology.sewanee.edu/.
