Administrative Associate III for Honors College
The Administrative Associate III for Honors College will provide traditional customer service, clerical, basic accounting, and administrative support to the Dean of Honors College, Director, and other staff as needed as well as the President's Emerging Global Scholars Program. The position is also responsible for managing all travel for the Dean and, in some cases, travel related to the PEGS program. The Administrative Associate III will be in charge of all ordering and processing of P-card statements and Marketplace ordering for the Honors College; will also assist in maintenance of personnel records, setting up new or transferred employees including all paperwork related to systems (phone, email, etc) that they will need to perform their duties. In addition, will hire and manage the student assistants supporting the Honors College office on the Kennesaw campus and approve their time.
Must have knowledge of all Microsoft Office software, budget books, and excellent computer skills. Must have demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
Minimum Hourly Rate: $18.51

Required Qualifications: High School diploma and 5 years experience.
Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of OwlPay, e-Pro, Banner INB, and Owl Express.
